Key features: quick and easy start, accessibility for all relevant operating systems (available solutions close only Linux and Windows), affordable pricing, the ability to choose an agent for monitoring with Open Source code, or with more functionality.
The monitoring agent is installed in one click/command line, with user's account name and password, it registers the server in the system and after a few seconds, all the key information appears on the dashboard: configuration, resources status, consumption, historical data with aggregation for a day, week, month and year, etc.

The operating systems Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, macOS, Solaris are fully covered.
Two kinds of agents
Open Source Perl implementation as well as a fully-functional C/C++ version for 32-bit and 64-bit platforms for every OS.
28 operating systems on a test bench
Each supported operating system available in current and previous supported versions, in 32 and 64 bits.
Nightly automatic builds and testing
The code was automatically built and rolled out on every supported operating system nightly, followed by full-scale testing and appropriate data collection.
Automatic updates
The QA passed monitoring agents were distributed through Amazon's S3 to let the client's agents' update if thas option was enabled by a system administrator.
User friendly interface
Move server up and down, group them in "racks", browse resources usage history, get real-time data updates, on your desktop, and mobile device.
